The Bemusement Games
The Bemusement Games are a collection of hand-crafted wooden games,puzzles, marble runs and mazes.Niall Miller and Brenda McLoughlin have created this collection from Irish timbers, sourced from coppiced and managed woodlands and hedgerows throughout Ireland,utilising Leitrim grown willow and dogwood, with some recycled and upcycled elements.Niall and Brenda would like to invite you and your whole family, aged 3-103, to come and play, and find something in the collection for all ages and abilities.
About
Niall Miller and Brenda McLoughlin created Fuinseog Woodland Crafts in Co. Leitrim in 2001 to showcase the uses,beauty and diversity of small-dimension native Irish timbers.
Over the 25 years it has evolved from being a small craft business producing wood-turned and basketry items, to coppice work , to greenwood building,to woodland crafts demonstrations, to teaching coppice skills, to the creation of The Bemusement Games about 10 years ago.
