The Festival of Fools is so conscious of Health and Safety, that we have brought in two of the UK's leading health care professionals to supervise the event. This duo will be on hand throughout the festival with pocketfuls of plasters and bucketfuls of bandages.
After 10 years of unprecedented investment in the health service, it comes as a refreshing surprise to realise it has made no difference to the work of this duo.
In 1997, they were awarded a lifetime achievement award for most injuries attended to. They also won a special endurance award for most injuries sustained. |
