Once again, this year, we are indebted to the financial support given by a range of sponsors and funding bodies. When you ask to get money for a Festival of Fools, sometimes you can hear the sound of sniggers in the background. This makes it all the more special when you find people who are bold enough to embrace this madness. The first international street theatre festival for Northern Ireland owes much to the tremendous support of Arts Council of Northern Ireland Lottery, Belfast City Council and the Department of Social Development.
