Created using traditional string puppets from the deserts of Rajasthan, this show recreates a distant time of horseriders, swordfighters, snake charmers, dancers and musicians.
Having studied with an artist's colony in Delhi, Lunghi presents a performance representing a celebration thrown by a maharaja four hundred years ago with a sparkling cast of courtesans and entertainers using some of the earliest forms of string puppets. |
