For experienced festival goers, you know what is expected of you.   Yes, you see all these great shows free of charge, but we do need your donations to keep the Festival of Fools alive.   This year, more than ever, your support is crucial - not just to help build the foundations for the next Festival, but actually to ensure we can afford to pay everybody this year. We need at least £100 from each show we put on to balance the books. Of course, you don't have to give, but we want you to help spread the word about how the people of Belfast really are the most generous in the world and the best way to do this is by overwhelming artists with your donations into the hat.   You see these street performers travel the world spreading the word about the best places they visit.   So, if you enjoy what you see let the artists know - not by telling them, but by throwing ten pound notes at them - it's the only language they understand.
