Take one fairly crazed waiter with a handful of Schnick Schnacks and add a warm audience. Throw in some fruit and vegetables, some deft acrobatics and drizzle with lunacy. These are the ingredients for one of the Festival's faithful favourites. Leave to amuse for half an hour.
